Q:What is the Fine Resin's electric character?

A: The characteristic of Fine Resin is volume resistivity than normal polyamide.(※1)(※2)
(※1) 65%RH 20℃ 10-12
(※2) Volume resistivity is affected by moisture percentage and temperature.

Q:What kind of cross-linking catalyst is suitable for Fine Resin?

A:We recommend using PTS(P-toluene sulfonic acid), citric acid or lactic acid.

Q:What is the dosage of cross-linking catalyst?

A: The dosage is approximately 1~3% to Fine Resin.

Q:What is the method of cross-linking?

A:
(1) Cast the solution adjusted by catalyzer evenly on the smooth polyethylene sheet.
(2) After the film formation, heat the sheet at 70~80℃ by dryer and peel the solution away.
(3) Heat the solution again at 120~130℃ by dryer for 5~10 minutes.

Q:How much is the solution stability of Fine Resin?

A:Stability of solution is different depending on resin's concentration and temperature.
At low temperature (under 10℃), the time of stability is short.

Q:Colud the completely cross-linked Fine Resin's film dissolve in alcohol?

A:No.

Q:Is thermosetting resin miscible with Fine Resin to add flexibility?

A:Fine Resin is thermoplastics resin, so it is not miscible.
There are methods of compulsory kneading by using banbury and roll but the uniform dispersion is difficult.

In some cases it is effective even in the matrix variance state.
However, Please test the methods of changing the mixture ratio, agitating method and temperature under the condition of same solvent.

Q:There are problems with plasticizer, pigment and dye transitioning.

A:Sometimes, Fine Resin does not show adherence. In that case, undercoationg is the priority to ensure adherence, which is effective to prevent transitioning.

Q:Has Fine Resin abrasion resistance?

A:No.
Fine Resin permutes a part of its raw material, nylon, so a soft film is obtained.
Therefore, it is inadequate to abrasion resistance.
However, by cross-linking, it is possible to make a slight improvement than the blank film.

Q:Could Fine Resin be used to food, medical care of apparel sector?

A:We recommend acoiding the use of Fine Resin in those sectors.
Fine Resin uses industrial chemical products as a raw material furing the reaction.
We make effort to remove the residual by repeating wash and filtration, however,still remains residual at ppm order.

Q:There is an issure of glass fiber scattering during the cutting process.

A:Please wax Fine Resin on the cutting face a followed by the heated-air drying before the cutting process.
