Method for dissolving FINE RESIN

Labo Scale
Methanol Charging（180g）
Methanol is charged into a flask (300cc).
FINE RESIN Charging（20g）
After FINE RESIN is charged by bits , a condenser is attached.
Dissolving under Heating（55～60℃）
FINE RESIN is dissolved with water bath.
Filtration
Solution of FINE RESIN is filtered by nyron-shears or wire-meshes, so that impurities are removed.
Real Machine Scale
Methanol Charging（180kg）
Methanol is charged into the dissolution tank with a condenser and enclosed-jacket, and stirred.
FINE RESIN Charging（20kg）
FINE RESIN is charged by bits while stirring, and dispersed into methanol.
Dissolving under Heating（55～60℃）
After FINE RESIN fully dispersed into methanol, hot-water is supplied to jacket of the dissolution tank.
Filtration
Solution of FINE RESIN is filtered by nyron-shears or wire-meshes, so that impurities are removed.
Notes on Equipments
- It is desirable that material of equipments to contact vapor and/or solution is "SUS". (such as : inside of dissolution tank, stirring wing, condenser, and thermometer e.t.c.)
- The bottom valve of dissolution tank does not include short pypes as much as possible.
- It is desirable that there is not much interval between stirring-wing and bottom of the dissolution tank.
- When methanol is used as solvent, stirring-wing motor and other electrical equipments having high safety shoule be used.
